Editor's Review

The S3 is one of Panasonic’s lower-end models, but should still be a decent budget option. The 14.1 megapixel sensor, 720p HD video, optical image stabilization, and 28mm wide-angle 4x zoom are run of the mill. However, it uses the same Venus Engine VI processor as the capable shooters in the FH series, so performance could be surprisingly snappy. More info to come.

Panasonic Lumix S3 Reviews

Panasonic Lumix S3 Reviews by Digital Camera-HQ Users

If you're looking for a camera with a longer zoom range and image stabilization for an inexpensive price, Panasonic has many cameras that will suit you. Without a doubt, this helps the Panasonic digital cameras meet the demands of photographers who desire versatility in small packages. Providing something for amateurs and serious enthusiasts alike, Panasonic has a wide range of digital cameras, from ultra compacts to mirrorless cameras. They are difficult to compare as each camera comes with its own unique attributes and traits.

Panasonic cameras are great for people who enjoy using automatic modes. With the use of the iAuto feature, which is included in almost all Panasonic cameras that are currently developed, the camera will automatically choose the best scene mode for a given subject. This tool, combined with image stabilization will make it extremely simple for beginners to take photos that look great.

Panasonic cameras are created to be user friendly, offering the user easy access to settings, and Panasonic digital camera reviews by consumers reflect this fact. If you buy a Panasonic camera, you will discover that it possesses an LCD screen, an optical zoom lens which is very versatile, and is both compact and very lightweight.

There are some excellent choices among Panasonic's cameras, most notably the Panasonic Lumix ZS20. This Panasonic digital camera includes a 20x optical zoom lens, a GPS tracker, and image stabilization to ensure steady shots even at the long end of the zoom range. Panasonic has included manual modes but the automatic modes and iAuto mode make the camera a perfect choice for amateurs as well. Although the image quality is not the best on the market, it still holds its own in regards to many competitors and that in combination with its other features makes it a great deal.
