The K-5 IIs is the same exact camera as the K-5 but sells for $100 more and lacks an anti-aliasing filter. Such a move should yield sharper photos but invites distracting moire in fine patterns. If you know how to avoid moire and crave the highest degree of detail in your images the IIs is for you. As with the K-5 II, the new autofocus system is rated to -3 EV and should track moving targets better than past SAFOX iterations. The LCD is also gap-less for better contrast in bright light. Other features, like the 16.3 megapixel sensor, 100% viewfinder, and weather sealing, remain largely the same.
